Privacy notice

Who we are

This website is run by Andrea Bastos De Oliveira, the owner of Albufeira Prime 32, who is the controller of any personal data described here. You can contact us at abdo at vox100 dot com.

What this website collects

This website has no forms, no accounts and sets no cookies of its own. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you; we only see totals, such as the number of page views.

We do not keep server logs of our own. Cloudflare's handling of this data is described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

If you contact us

If you send us a WhatsApp message or an email, we receive what you send, such as your name, phone number or email address and your message. We use it only to reply to you and to deal with your interest in the property.

We keep these messages for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we need them for longer because a sale goes ahead or the law requires it. WhatsApp and your email provider also process your messages under their own terms.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about the property and, where you ask about buying it, taking steps at your request before a possible contract.

The video tour opens on YouTube and the map opens on Google Maps. Nothing from those services loads on this website until you choose to open them; once you do, their own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, ask us to restrict or stop using it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Write to us at the email address above.

You can also complain to a data protection authority, such as the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados in Portugal (cnpd.pt) or, in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
